Once cleared, a scanned image of the check you wrote is stored in eTeller. The check number in your history acts as a link to the image. To retrieve a check image, pull up your account summary and click on the check number. The front and back of your check will be shown.
Check Images are available for six months from the day you wrote the check and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for FREE through eTeller.
Some reasons why your image would not be available are:
- Electronic/ACH cleared checks-digital check formats are not image recorded.
- The check was a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) check. Those checks are not scanned.
If you need a copy of a check that is more than six months old, you can submit a request by completing this check copy request form.
